Teacher Collaboration Apps That You Will Love

Are you searching for educator collaboration products that you can use? Check out the definitive list that we made. Who did we miss?

BumbleBee Childcare Software – BumbleBee helps with processing applications, provides instant updates for guardians, and eliminates unnecessary stress. The product enables administrators from the same district to collaborate. It is web-based and can work with browsers; it is inexpensive.

Kami – Kami is the paperless educator assistant, which enables educators to make, upload, save, and share their materials using Google Drive and Classroom. It enables learners to make notes, highlight, and add shapes to the PDF files shared in class. The product is available for free. The paid edition comes with extra features such as the ability to communicate with an additional 150 learners, an option for adding pictures, and text-to-speech tech.

Classpartoo – This is a cloud-based class management product that helps educators deal effectively with their everyday tasks such as recording exam grades, attendance, and learner behavior. This product also contains educator communities where educators collaborate and share material. School administrators, using this program can set up a functional SIS or integrate it with their existing SIS.

Eazyschool – This online software empowers every school to make, collaborate, and communicate. Its interface enables educators, administrators, guardians, and learners to interact. Educators can arrange report sheets, process kid progress reports, and interact with other schools. It is a web-based application, which is compatible with different browsers.

MURAL– Brainstorming is simple, easy, and fun with MURAL. The product enables multiple learners or group members to work together to collaborate, share ideas, and determine solutions. It will help make thoughts concrete and visual, so they can be further evaluated. MURAL creates clean, concise, and design-oriented representations of a group of minds to help encourage creativity and motivation for work.

Schoolbox – Schoolbox is designed to support the learning and engagement of K-12 schools. This product contains all the features required to connect, communicate, and collaborate with guardians, educators, learners, and the broader school community.

Scootle– Scootle is a portal that has access to over 16,000 educational resources to assist users in learning and teaching others. Contents are made available to assist educators in arranging digital content and lessons; it helps educators collaborate using digital resources to support the Australian program of study.

Trello – Trello helps you collaborate on projects from beginning to end. It uses boards, lists, and cards to keep you organized. Cards can be filled with comments, attachments, due dates, and more. Trello can integrate with the products already being utilized by your school, such as Calendar, Slack, and Google Drive. Educator teams, administration, or learners can utilize this product—anyone that has a project can benefit from organizing it through Trello.

Triptico – Triptico is a website containing tons of interactive resources for educators. Educators can personalize these resources to fit their class by changing the language, difficulty level, content, and age range. All customized resources can be saved and shared. Some examples of customizable interactive resources that are available include quizzes, cards, timers, spinners, and selectors. Triptico also encourages educators to collaborate and contains libraries of resources made by other educators that are free to use. These libraries are easily searchable by age group, subject area, and topic.

Verso – Verso is a K-12 online resource for educators full of lessons, activities, tools, and strategies to help increase learner engagement, deliver high-impact lessons, and collaborate with colleagues. To make high-impact lessons and activities, educators can use the pedagogically designed lesson builder or adapt existing content from Verso’s extensive educator and expertly made library. To maximize their teaching impact on learners, educators have access to over 50 best-practice strategies and class structures to support learner needs, including Surface to Deep Learning, Classroom Collaboration, and strategies for ELL learners. To support collaboration, Verso offers the ability for colleagues to share lessons or co-teach easily within the product.

About Us

The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization in order to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in America. What we envisage may not be the most straightforward or the most conventional ideas. We call for a relatively radical and certainly quite comprehensive reorganization of America’s P-20 system.

That reorganization, though, and the underlying effort, will have much to do with reviving the American education system, and reviving a national love of learning.  The Edvocate plans to be one of key architects of this revival, as it continues to advocate for education reform, equity, and innovation.
