The US Equestrian (USEF) is thrilled to announce the winners of the 2024 Higher Education Scholarships, recognizing exceptional equestrian athletes pursuing their academic dreams. These scholarships provide crucial financial support to help these dedicated individuals balance their passion for horses with their academic goals.

This year, the USEF awarded scholarships to a diverse group of talented young riders, representing various disciplines and showcasing the depth of equestrian talent across the country. From show jumping to dressage, from eventing to western riding, these recipients have demonstrated unwavering commitment to both their academic and equestrian pursuits.

The selection process was rigorous, evaluating not only academic achievements but also equestrian experience, leadership qualities, and community involvement. The winners represent the very best of the equestrian community, embodying dedication, perseverance, and a deep love for the sport.

We are immensely proud of these scholarship recipients and their unwavering pursuit of excellence. We believe their achievements will inspire future generations of equestrian athletes, proving that dedication and hard work can help them achieve their dreams both on and off the field.

The US Equestrian remains committed to fostering the next generation of equestrian leaders, and these scholarships are a vital part of that mission. Congratulations to all the 2024 US Equestrian Higher Education Scholarship winners! Your passion and dedication serve as an inspiration to us all.

About Us

The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization in order to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in America. What we envisage may not be the most straightforward or the most conventional ideas. We call for a relatively radical and certainly quite comprehensive reorganization of America’s P-20 system.

That reorganization, though, and the underlying effort, will have much to do with reviving the American education system, and reviving a national love of learning.  The Edvocate plans to be one of key architects of this revival, as it continues to advocate for education reform, equity, and innovation.
