VC Trustee Dr. Josie Rivera honored for 14 years of service to Victoria College
Victoria, TX – Victoria College (VC) recently recognized Dr. Josie Rivera for her exceptional dedication and service to the institution during her 14-year tenure as a member of the Board of Trustees. Dr. Rivera, whose term concluded in May 2023, was lauded for her unwavering commitment to the advancement of VC and its students.
“Dr. Rivera has been an invaluable asset to Victoria College, and her dedication to our mission has been unwavering,” said VC President Dr. Jennifer Kent. “Her contributions have left an enduring legacy on our institution, and her guidance will be deeply missed.”
Dr. Rivera’s contributions to VC extended far beyond board meetings. She actively participated in various committees, bringing her expertise in education and community engagement to bear on key decisions.
