Summer’s here, and that means one thing: hot, sweaty nights. But fear not, fellow heat sufferers! You don’t have to sacrifice a good night’s sleep to the summer sun. Amazon is stocked with incredibly affordable cooling sheets that will help you stay cool and comfortable all night long.

What to Look For in a Cooling Sheet

Material: Bamboo, linen, and Tencel are known for their breathability and moisture-wicking properties.

Thread Count: Higher thread counts don’t necessarily mean better cooling, but a tightly woven fabric can be more comfortable and durable.

Reviews: Check out the reviews to see how others have found the sheet’s cooling performance and durability.

Top Picks Under $28:

1. Mellanni Bamboo Sheet Set: This set is a perennial favorite, boasting a luxuriously soft bamboo blend and excellent breathability. At just under $28 for a full set, it’s a steal!

2. Utopia Bedding Cooling Sheet Set: Made from microfiber, this set is incredibly soft and smooth, and the breathable fabric helps regulate temperature. It’s available in a wide variety of colors, too!

3. Bedsure Cooling Sheet Set: This set is made from a blend of polyester and spandex, which provides a stretchy and comfortable feel. It’s also machine washable and dryer safe, making it a convenient choice for busy families.

4. Linen House Cooling Sheet Set: Linen is known for its cooling properties and natural breathability, and this sheet set is no exception. It’s a bit pricier than some other options, but the quality is undeniable.

5. Malouf Bamboo Sheet Set: This set offers a unique blend of bamboo and Tencel, creating a luxuriously soft and breathable fabric that’s perfect for hot sleepers.

Beyond the Sheet:

These affordable cooling sheets can be a game-changer for your sleep. But for even better results, consider these tips:

Use a cooling pillow: A cooling pillow can help keep your head and neck cool throughout the night.
Keep your bedroom cool: Use fans, air conditioning, or blackout curtains to keep your room at a comfortable temperature.

Wear breathable pajamas: Loose-fitting pajamas made from natural fibers can help you stay cool.

With these affordable cooling sheets and a few other tips, you can beat the summer heat and get a good night’s sleep, no matter how hot it gets. So, say goodbye to restless nights and hello to cool, comfortable sleep!

About Us

The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization in order to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in America. What we envisage may not be the most straightforward or the most conventional ideas. We call for a relatively radical and certainly quite comprehensive reorganization of America’s P-20 system.

That reorganization, though, and the underlying effort, will have much to do with reviving the American education system, and reviving a national love of learning.  The Edvocate plans to be one of key architects of this revival, as it continues to advocate for education reform, equity, and innovation.
