Bethune-Cookman University is an urban, private institution associated with the United Methodist Church. The institution ranks well nationally among historically black institutions and universities. The 82-acre site is situated in Daytona Beach, Florida. Students can choose from 35 majors from the institution’s seven academic schools. Professional majors — business, marketing, nursing, and mass communications — are most popular with undergraduates.
