Odysseyware creates Texas-specific test prep courses
Courses meet TEKS standard and include STAAR and EOC evaluations
(CHANDLER, Ariz.) August 06, 2015 – As part of Odysseyware’s commitment to provide educators and students the most flexible instructional tools and rigorous curriculum, Odysseyware is pleased to announce the release of Texas specific STAAR EOC test preparation courses.
The 14 courses were designed for middle and high school students to specifically match the scope and sequence of the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) and End of Course (EOC) assessments. Courses address the specific Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) curriculum standards within the STAAR and EOC tests.
These courses leverage Odysseyware’s prescriptive learning paths and flex assessment by creating individualized learning plans based on each student’s unique level of content mastery. Perspective learning paths are determined by continual assessment of individual student needs and learning styles. These features provide Texas educators with the most efficient, targeted instructional path for students that focus on specific skills and knowledge.
Additionally, Texas educators are able to fully customize STAAR and EOC course curriculum. With the ability to add, delete, and rearrange assignments and units educators are able to create courses specific to the needs of each individual student or to compliment an existing unit.
