Tieks Expands Support for Educators with Tieks for Teachers: Clear the List Campaign to Fulfill Teacher Wish Lists

Tieks, the beloved ballet flat brand, is taking a bold stride in support of educators with their newly launched “Tieks for Teachers: Clear the List” campaign. This initiative aims to fulfill teacher wish lists, providing much-needed supplies for classrooms across the nation.

A Step in the Right Direction

In a world where educators often dig into their own pockets to equip their classrooms, Tieks is stepping up to make a difference. The “Clear the List” campaign is designed to alleviate the financial burden on teachers by helping them acquire essential classroom materials.

“We’ve always admired the dedication of teachers,” says Kfir Gavrieli, CEO of Tieks. “This campaign is our way of giving back to those who give so much to our communities.”

How It Works

Teachers can participate by creating and sharing their classroom wish lists on social media using the hashtag #TieksForTeachers. Tieks will randomly select lists to fulfill, providing teachers with the supplies they need to create enriching learning environments.

But it’s not just about Tieks – the company is encouraging its community to join in. Supporters can search for the hashtag and choose to fulfill items from teachers’ lists, creating a ripple effect of generosity.

More Than Just Supplies

This campaign goes beyond mere material support. It’s a recognition of the often-underappreciated efforts of educators. By fulfilling these wish lists, Tieks is not only providing tangible resources but also boosting morale and showing teachers they are valued.

“Every pencil, every book, every art supply can make a difference,” shares Sarah, a third-grade teacher and campaign participant. “It’s heartwarming to see a company like Tieks recognize this and take action.”

Join the Movement

Are you a teacher? Create your wish list and share it with #TieksForTeachers. Want to support educators? Search the hashtag and choose a list to fulfill, either partially or completely.

Together, we can ensure our educators have the tools they need to inspire the next generation. Let’s clear those lists and fill our classrooms with the resources they deserve!

About Us

The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization in order to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in America. What we envisage may not be the most straightforward or the most conventional ideas. We call for a relatively radical and certainly quite comprehensive reorganization of America’s P-20 system.

That reorganization, though, and the underlying effort, will have much to do with reviving the American education system, and reviving a national love of learning.  The Edvocate plans to be one of key architects of this revival, as it continues to advocate for education reform, equity, and innovation.
