January is a time when many people are setting goals and resolutions for the new year. It’s also a time when the winter weather can make it challenging to keep active and engaged. That’s why we’ve created a free calendar for January 2019 that is filled with brain break activities for every day.

What are brain breaks, you might ask? Brain breaks are short, energizing activities that allow individuals to take a mental break from their tasks and get their blood flowing. Research shows that incorporating brain breaks into daily routines can improve focus, productivity, and overall well-being.

Our January 2019 calendar includes a variety of brain break activities designed to keep you motivated and engaged throughout the month. Each day features a different activity that is quick and easy to do. From simple stretches and breathing exercises to fun brain teasers and puzzles, there’s something for everyone on our calendar.

Here’s a sneak peek at some of the brain break activities you can expect:

  1. Morning Yoga: Start your day with a refreshing yoga routine to invigorate your mind and body.
  2. Dance Party: Take a few minutes to let loose and dance to your favorite tunes.
  3. Mindful Coloring: Tap into your creativity and mindfulness by coloring intricate designs.
  4. Outdoor Walk: Bundle up and go for a brisk walk to get some fresh air and clear your mind.
  5. Word Games: Challenge yourself with word puzzles and crosswords to keep your brain sharp.
  6. Guided Meditation: Find a quiet space and follow along with a guided meditation to relax and recharge.

These are just a few examples of the brain break activities you can expect from our Free January 2019 Calendar. Each activity is designed to fit into your daily routine and provide you with a moment of rejuvenation. Whether you’re a student, a busy professional, or someone looking to add more movement and fun into your day, our calendar has something for everyone.

To access our Free January 2019 Calendar and start incorporating brain breaks into your daily routine, simply visit our website and download the calendar. Each day’s activity is listed, and you can easily check off each activity as you complete it. We hope this calendar helps you start the new year off on the right foot and keeps you motivated and engaged throughout January.

Remember, taking regular brain breaks is essential for maintaining focus, reducing stress, and boosting overall well-being. So why not give our Free January 2019 Calendar a try and see the positive impact it can have on your daily routine?

About Us

The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization in order to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in America. What we envisage may not be the most straightforward or the most conventional ideas. We call for a relatively radical and certainly quite comprehensive reorganization of America’s P-20 system.

That reorganization, though, and the underlying effort, will have much to do with reviving the American education system, and reviving a national love of learning.  The Edvocate plans to be one of key architects of this revival, as it continues to advocate for education reform, equity, and innovation.
