Lycoming College is a private liberal arts institution situated in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The institution has a large selection of 35 undergraduate degree programs for students to choose from. Students are supported by a robust 12 to 1 student/faculty ratio, and professors take a personalized approach to the teaching and learning process. Outside of the classroom, students will find plenty of opportunities to engage with the campus community via the university’s over 50 clubs and organizations. The Lycoming Warriors play in the NCAA Division III Commonwealth Conference, the Middle Atlantic Conference, and the Empire Collegiate Wrestling Conference.

Overview of Lycoming College Admissions

Lycoming College has an acceptance rate of 66%, making it a largely accessible school. Applicants must complete an online application and send test scores from either the SAT or ACT and high school transcripts. About Us

The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization in order to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in America. What we envisage may not be the most straightforward or the most conventional ideas. We call for a relatively radical and certainly quite comprehensive reorganization of America’s P-20 system.

That reorganization, though, and the underlying effort, will have much to do with reviving the American education system, and reviving a national love of learning.  The Edvocate plans to be one of key architects of this revival, as it continues to advocate for education reform, equity, and innovation.
