aPlus+ Results – aPlus+ Results presents accurate and up-to-date learner assessment results and associated achievement information. The interface is designed to provide relevant information and functionality customized for educators, learners, and administrators. It keeps educators up to date with the latest results and helps them find areas where learners need further development along with strategies.

Naiku Platform– Naiku Platform goes beyond traditional bubble sheet replacements for learner assessments; learners interactively communicate with the product to comprehensive digest the information that it passes. Every test becomes a lesson with the immediate feedback provided after each assessment session. This product features a confidence-based assessment, which lets learners assign a score to the level of confidence they have in their answers. It also guides learners in developing 21st-century abilities in all assignments without any hassle. JoeZoo is an AI (Artificial Intelligence) powered assessment product that was nominated for the 2015 Digital Innovation in Learning award.

EDaura –  It is a mobile skill-based learning environment focused on improving learners’ abilities through robust formative and summative assessments. EDaura enables educators to measure learning outcomes and abilities to help learners develop and enhance throughout the course. Spiral – With Spiral’s suite of free educational products, educators can transform their classes into an interactive learning space. The educator can utilize apps to give quick formative assessments, help compile learner portfolios, facilitate group projects, and turn any video into a live chat with discussion questions. Learners simply need to have a device (smartphone, tablet, computer), and Spiral takes care of the rest, linking the devices and pushing out the educator-designed content. Lexia®RAPID™ Assessment– Lexia®RAPID™ Assessment is focused on reading and language assessment and merges data three times a year to help gauge your learners’ reading progress. It measures word recognition, academic language use, and reading comprehension for kindergarten through second grade as well as complex knowledge, understanding, and skill application in grades three through twelve. This product can be utilized in combination with Lexia®Core5®Reading and Lexia® PowerUp Literacy to optimize reading experiences and reading groups in schools.

Literacy Assessment Online– Literacy Assessment Online is a browser-based tool that can be utilized to track learners’ reading progress. Testing typically takes up a lot of time and energy from both educators and learners, but not anymore. The educator can track literacy standards quickly and easily with Literacy Assessment Online. Whether tracking reading speed, word accuracy, reading comprehension, main idea identification, plot review, character analysis, or any skill, educators can get immediate feedback on how each learner is doing. Having this information readily available helps classes to keep improving and enables educators to figure out what is and is not working for their pupils.

Literatu– Literatu is an assessment method for educators of kids grades kindergarten through twelve. Using a fundamental program of study, Literatu will assess learners in a timely way through formative assignments. It will test them in all areas of reading and reading comprehension and understanding.

Tricider – Tricider is a social voting tool with a variety of uses in education. It can be utilized to determine learners’ prior knowledge, formatively assess a lesson, as a discussion starter, or as a product for learners to provide feedback. What makes Tricider unique among the polling and voting products is that it enables users to add their own ideas as poll answers in the form of text, pictures, or links. Because of this feature, Ticider can also be utilized for brainstorming.

ThinkFluency– ThinkFluency is a streamlined reading fluency assessment tool for educators. Educators can use pre-loaded passages or upload their own. To track reading errors, simply tap the text where the error was made. The product automatically calculates the word per minute (WPM) rate, tracks the words that were missed, and counts the number of errors. The product contains ThinkMeasure tech that analyzes errors and provides learner-specific instruction plans. Learner data is saved and can be tracked over time. All data is easily shareable with guardians or future educators.

MasteryConnect Learner– MasteryConnect for learners, enables learners to take tests, quizzes, assessments, and comprehensive assignments with ease. It can be paired with MasteryConnect Educator to link assignments and exam scores. State- and program of study-based standards can be implemented to make this the most helpful software for centralized formal education. It can handle Word doc, PDF, and more formats, making it easy for learners to upload assignments and for educators to assign. Whether on a mobile device or computer, learners will find this software easy to use.

About Us

The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization in order to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in America. What we envisage may not be the most straightforward or the most conventional ideas. We call for a relatively radical and certainly quite comprehensive reorganization of America’s P-20 system.

That reorganization, though, and the underlying effort, will have much to do with reviving the American education system, and reviving a national love of learning.  The Edvocate plans to be one of key architects of this revival, as it continues to advocate for education reform, equity, and innovation.
