Overview of Baruch College Admissions

Baruch College is a private liberal arts institution located in NYC. The institution has a large selection of undergraduate and graduate degree programs for students to choose from. A robust student/faculty ratio backs students, and professors take a personalized approach to the teaching and learning process. Outside of the classroom, students will find plenty of opportunities to engage with the campus community via the university’s many clubs and organizations.

Admissions Data

During the 2018-19 admissions phase, Baruch College had an acceptance rate of 39%.  for every 100 students who provided applications, 39 gained admission, making Baruch College’s admissions process competitive.

SAT Requirements and Scores

Baruch College wants all applicants to submit either SAT or ACT scores. During the 2018-19 admissions phase, 83% of admitted students provided SAT scores.

This admissions data reveals that most of Baruch College’s admitted students score within the top 20% nationally on the SAT. About Us

The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization in order to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in America. What we envisage may not be the most straightforward or the most conventional ideas. We call for a relatively radical and certainly quite comprehensive reorganization of America’s P-20 system.

That reorganization, though, and the underlying effort, will have much to do with reviving the American education system, and reviving a national love of learning.  The Edvocate plans to be one of key architects of this revival, as it continues to advocate for education reform, equity, and innovation.
