Spread the love

1. Decorative Stationery: A set of colorful pens, sticky notes, or cute paper clips can brighten up any teacher’s day.

2. Desk Organizers: Help teachers keep their desks tidy with small storage containers, pen holders, or desk organizers.

3. Teacher-themed mugs: Choose a mug with a funny or inspirational quote related to teaching.

4. Classroom Supplies: Fill their stockings with essential classroom supplies like dry erase markers, sticky notes, or colorful markers.

5. Bookmarks: Teachers love to read, so a cute bookmark with a motivational message or a design that represents their interests can be a great gift.

6. Teacher Appreciation Cards: Give them a stack of thank you cards or teacher appreciation cards that they can use throughout the year.

7. Educational Games: Look for fun and educational games that can be used in the classroom to engage students and make learning more enjoyable.

8. Inspirational Wall Art: Find small pieces of art with inspiring quotes or educational themes that teachers can hang in their classrooms.

9. Stress Relievers: Help teachers manage their stress with stress balls, fidget toys, or essential oils.

10. Hand Creams or Lotions: Classroom environments can be drying, so a nourishing hand cream or lotion can be a thoughtful gift.

11. Mini Whiteboards: Mini whiteboards are great for interactive lessons and quick assessments in the classroom.

12. Educational Books: Look for books related to teaching strategies, classroom management, or subject-specific resources.

13. Classroom Decorations: Small decorative pieces, like motivational posters or wall decals, can help create an inviting learning environment.

14. Teaching Planners: Help teachers stay organized with a dedicated planner designed specifically for educators.

15. Gift Cards: Consider giving a gift card to a bookstore, office supply store, or a local coffee shop where teachers can unwind.

16. Personalized Stationery: Customized notepads or personalized stationery with the teacher’s name can add a personal touch to their classroom.

17. Classroom Stickers: Grab a variety of fun stickers that teachers can use to reward their students or decorate assignments.

18. Healthy Snacks: Keep their energy up with individually wrapped healthy snacks, like granola bars or trail mix.

19. Small DIY Kits: Consider small DIY kits, such as origami sets or mini science experiments, as fun and educational stocking stuffers.

20. Teacher-themed Keychains: Find keychains with cute teacher-related charms or personalized initials to add a touch of appreciation to their keys.

Remember to tailor these ideas to the interests and personality of the teacher you’re gifting. Stockings can be a great opportunity to show your appreciation and support for the hard work teachers do every day.

About Us

The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization in order to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in America. What we envisage may not be the most straightforward or the most conventional ideas. We call for a relatively radical and certainly quite comprehensive reorganization of America’s P-20 system.

That reorganization, though, and the underlying effort, will have much to do with reviving the American education system, and reviving a national love of learning.  The Edvocate plans to be one of key architects of this revival, as it continues to advocate for education reform, equity, and innovation.
