Florida is known for its sunny weather and beautiful beaches, but it’s also a great place to visit with the whole family. Plenty of family-friendly resorts in Florida will keep everyone entertained while away from home. Whether you are up to relaxing by the pool or going on an adventure, these 13 Florida resorts have something for everyone!

  1. Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center

Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center is a luxury resort located in Kissimmee, Florida, United States. The resort has 1,500 rooms, including 400 suites.

The resort is near the Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld Orlando. The resort is owned by Gaylord Hotels, a division of Marriott International.

About Us

The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization in order to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in America. What we envisage may not be the most straightforward or the most conventional ideas. We call for a relatively radical and certainly quite comprehensive reorganization of America’s P-20 system.

That reorganization, though, and the underlying effort, will have much to do with reviving the American education system, and reviving a national love of learning.  The Edvocate plans to be one of key architects of this revival, as it continues to advocate for education reform, equity, and innovation.
