In a groundbreaking move set to reshape the local education landscape, Rivermont Collegiate and St. Ambrose University have forged an exciting partnership. This collaboration offers Rivermont graduates a golden ticket: guaranteed admission to one of the Midwest’s premier private universities.

At the heart of this agreement lies a commitment to academic excellence. Rivermont Collegiate students who maintain a strong Grade Point Average (GPA) throughout their high school journey will find the doors to St. Ambrose University wide open. This innovative approach not only rewards diligent students but also streamlines the often stressful college application process.

“This partnership is a game-changer for our students,” says Jane Doe, Principal of Rivermont Collegiate. “It provides a clear path to higher education and motivates our students to maintain high academic standards.”

The benefits for Rivermont students are manifold. Beyond the peace of mind that comes with guaranteed admission, this agreement offers:

Early exposure to college-level expectations

Potential for advanced standing in certain programs

Seamless transition from high school to university life

Dr. John Smith, President of St. Ambrose University, echoes the enthusiasm: “We’re thrilled to welcome Rivermont’s bright minds to our campus. This partnership aligns perfectly with our mission to nurture future leaders.”

This collaboration is set to have a ripple effect on the local education scene. It not only raises the bar for academic partnerships but also highlights the importance of creating clear pathways for student success.

For Rivermont Collegiate students dreaming of a bright future at St. Ambrose University, the path is now clearer than ever. With hard work and dedication, that dream is within reach.

About Us

The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization in order to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in America. What we envisage may not be the most straightforward or the most conventional ideas. We call for a relatively radical and certainly quite comprehensive reorganization of America’s P-20 system.

That reorganization, though, and the underlying effort, will have much to do with reviving the American education system, and reviving a national love of learning.  The Edvocate plans to be one of key architects of this revival, as it continues to advocate for education reform, equity, and innovation.
