The 40 Hour Teacher Workweek Club, created by Angela Watson, is a membership program designed to help educators reclaim their time and reduce overwhelm. This article will provide you with everything you need to know about the club.

The 40 Hour Teacher Workweek Club offers practical strategies, resources, and support to help teachers streamline their workload, maximize their productivity, and achieve a better work-life balance. The program consists of online modules, downloadable resources, and a supportive community of educators who are committed to working smarter, not harder.

One of the key principles of the club is the concept of “working smarter, not harder.” Angela Watson emphasizes the importance of focusing on the most impactful tasks, eliminating nonessential work, and utilizing proven strategies to save time and energy. By implementing these strategies, teachers can reduce their workload and have more time for themselves, their families, and other passions.

The club provides a wealth of resources to help teachers become more efficient and effective in their work. Members gain access to time-saving templates, planning tools, and organizational systems that are specifically designed for educators. The materials cover a wide range of topics, including lesson planning, grading, communication with parents, and self-care.

In addition to the resources, the club offers ongoing support and guidance through a dedicated online community. Members can connect with fellow educators, share ideas, ask for advice, and receive feedback. The community aspect of the club is particularly valuable, as it provides a supportive network of like-minded professionals who understand the challenges of teaching and can offer practical solutions.

The 40 Hour Teacher Workweek Club is suitable for teachers at all stages of their careers, from novice educators looking to establish good habits, to experienced teachers who want to refine their practices. The program is self-paced, allowing members to progress through the modules at their own speed and focus on the areas that are most relevant to their needs.

Joining the 40 Hour Teacher Workweek Club can be a game-changer for educators who are feeling overwhelmed and burnt out. By implementing the strategies and resources provided by Angela Watson, teachers can regain control of their time, reduce stress, and become more effective in their roles.

To learn more about the 40 Hour Teacher Workweek Club and how it can benefit you, visit Angela Watson’s website or join one of her webinars or workshops.

About Us

The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization in order to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in America. What we envisage may not be the most straightforward or the most conventional ideas. We call for a relatively radical and certainly quite comprehensive reorganization of America’s P-20 system.

That reorganization, though, and the underlying effort, will have much to do with reviving the American education system, and reviving a national love of learning.  The Edvocate plans to be one of key architects of this revival, as it continues to advocate for education reform, equity, and innovation.
