18 DIY Fidgets That Are Easy and Inexpensive to Make

Are you or someone you know constantly fidgeting? Fidgeting can be a great way to relieve stress and anxiety, and what better way to do it than with a DIY fidget toy? In this article, we will explore 18 DIY fidgets that are easy and inexpensive to make. Whether you’re looking for something to keep your hands busy or a tool to enhance your focus, these fidgets are sure to do the trick.

1. Paperclip Spinner: Grab a few paperclips and twist them into a spinner shape. Spin it between your fingers for a mesmerizing experience.

2. Balloon Stress Ball: Fill a balloon with flour or rice and tie it off. Squeeze it in your hands to release tension.

3. Bottle Cap Game: Glue a small magnet to the inside of a bottle cap. Use another magnet to guide the cap across a flat surface for a fun game.

About Us

The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization in order to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in America. What we envisage may not be the most straightforward or the most conventional ideas. We call for a relatively radical and certainly quite comprehensive reorganization of America’s P-20 system.

That reorganization, though, and the underlying effort, will have much to do with reviving the American education system, and reviving a national love of learning.  The Edvocate plans to be one of key architects of this revival, as it continues to advocate for education reform, equity, and innovation.
