Leaders who are integrators are able build relationships and find common ground. They bring people together to achieve common goals.
4. They are communicators.
Leaders who are communicators convey their message effectively. They know how to connect with their audience and they get their message across in a way that is both meaningful and persuasive.
5. They are delegators.
Leaders who are delegators are able to give their team the resources needed to succeed. They trust their team members and give them the opportunity to succeed on their own.
6. They are decision makers.
Leaders who are decision makers make the tough decisions necessary to achieve success. They are able to see the big picture and understand the implications of their decisions.
7. They are leaders.
Leaders are the ones who inspire their team to achieve success. They are the ones who provide direction and motivation. They are the ones who set the example for others to follow.
